Cambridge Therapist, RSW, MSW
Hi, I’m Heather Watson! I know emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming, affecting how we live and relate to others. When our emotions take control, it becomes hard to make decisions that reflect who we truly are.
If you’re struggling with setting boundaries, facing the end of a relationship, or dealing with intense feelings like self-harm or suicidal thoughts, there is hope for change. Together, we can work to understand and manage those emotions.
For more than a decade, I’ve supported individuals and couples through some of life’s toughest challenges—helping them navigate stress, mood issues, and difficult transitions.
My focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself and those around you.
Change is never easy, but neither is staying stuck. Through therapy, we can work together to help you feel more content, connected, and confident in the life you’re building.

My work focuses on learning new skills and deepening self understanding. I do this by focusing on a combination of practical interventions (things you can go home and start doing right away) and exploring who you are and who you want to be. I let you guide what areas of your life or yourself you want to focus on.
