Combating Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety is a normal human emotion, we all have it and we will all always have it. But sometimes anxiety takes over our lives in spaces it is not welcome in. It begins to make us see only the risks in any give situation, to fixate on details that it tells us will give us control.
Depression is heavy, we feel it in our whole being, it’s weight, and ache and longing to be different, to feel different. Depression steals our hope and our job and takes away pleasures that we have known our whole life.
Anxiety and Depression do not have to be in control of how you experience your life.
We will support you in confronting anxiety and depression skillfully and taking control over how you experience your world.

Everyone we see is unique, so your therapy sessions should be too. We often blend therapeutic approaches to suit your specific needs and address your specific anxiety and depression symptoms.
In-Person or Online
Attend therapy in the comfort of your home through secure virtual sessions or meet in person at our Cambridge office.
Understanding Anxiety
If you aren’t sure that what you are experiencing is anxiety or your not sure how your anxiety is showing up, we will work with you to develop a deep understanding of how anxiety functions in your life.
Understanding Depression
If you are not sure if what your experiencing is depression or something else we will work with you to understand your symptoms and experience.

We are happy to work with your health care profession to treat your anxiety and/or depression, but do not offer diagnosis or medication recommendations.
