WHY PErsonal Growth and Self-esteem?

Knowing yourself matters

Feeling lost in our life, like one part of us wants something and another part wants something completely different, is a really difficult experience. When we lose connection to ourselves in one area of our life or it feels like we are different people every where we go (work, home, with family and friends) and we aren’t sure we like those people or feel like there is no balance, burnout and exhaustion take over.

Losing our Self is deeply disorienting and upsetting. It opens that door for struggles like burnout, addiction, and anxiety.

We will work with you towards growing a strong sense of who you are and what you stand for. When we know who we are and like that person it is easier to build deep connection, make hard decisions and feel good about how we behave.

How Growth and Self-Esteem Therapy Works

Working on yourself takes strength and time. It is not always easy to hold yourself accountable, but we will help make it as enjoyable as possible.

Through Internal Family Systems Therapy we will work together to get to know you more deeply. We will help you develop a meaningful and lasting understanding of who you are.

Tailored Sessions

Your needs are unique and we will work to understand you and build the sessions around your needs to help you succeed. This means that you can come as often or as little as you need.

In-Person or Online

Attend therapy in the comfort of your home through secure virtual sessions or meet in person at our Cambridge office. If you are looking for flexibility we can do a combination of both to fit your schedule.

Flexible appointment times

If you need consistent set appointments or live a life that requires flexibility we will support you in finding a structure that is manageable for your life.

A short time or a Long time

Whether you are looking for brief support to help with a specific issue that is impacting your confidence or you want to go on a life long journey of growth, we will be happy to work towards your goal.
