Navigating Relationship
Building and Sustaining relationships with friends, family or coworkers, requires us to deeply understand ourselves and the people we interact with so we can make choices we feel proud of.
Early Hurts follow us
When our Trauma Comes with us
When we have grown up in environments that impacted our attachment or we experience trauma incidents, it is normal that it shows up in our adult relationships if we haven’t not healed those parts of our Self.
For some of us this means our anxiety plays a part in our relationships that we don’t like, making us nervous, reassurance seeking or chronically choosing partners who are unable to meet our needs. For some of us this means we self-sabotage good relationships and push away partners and friends because we don’t trust stability or feel worthy of having needs.
However your trauma is show up, we can help you to understand it more deeply, heal the wounds you carry and move into relationships (friendship and intimate partnerships) that are deep and meaningful.

Ending or Changing
What do I really want?
Some of our best relationships become difficult as life goes on. Sometimes it is something specific that happens and sometimes we can’t pinpoint what’s different. Something deep inside begins to whisper “this isn’t right for us” “maybe we should leave…”.
Changing your whole life with one decision feels so heavy. It is normal to be overwhelmed with grief and fear and hope all at once. If you are in a place where you can’t figure out what is right for you we can help.
We will work with you to understand your Self, your needs and desires more deeply. So you can make a difficult decision in a way that feel authentic to you. This does not mean it will be easy or painless, but we will help with that too.

“It is the quality of our relationships that determine the quality of our lives.“
– Esther Perel
